Apartment Fire in The Westwood Area WHAT: Apartment Fire WHEN: April 25, 2021 at 4:28 p.m. WHERE: 10000 Club Creek, 77036 INJURIES: No reported injuries. PROPERTY SAVED: $50.5 thousand in estimated property saved. DAMAGE: $9.5 thousand in estimated damage. CAUSE: Unintentional ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a fire in the wall between the kitchen and bathroom of an apartment. Crews began extinguishment efforts and conducted a primary search. The roof was ventilated and the fire was extinguished. It appeared the fire was unintentional with several residents reporting prior electrical and A/C problems. HPD assisted with traffic control and HFD Crews from Stations 2, 83, 10, 51, 68, 73, 76 and Rescue 10 responded to this incident.
