House Fire in The Spring Branch East Area WHAT: House Fire WHEN: April 8, 2021 at 10:27 a.m. WHERE: 1500 block of Woodvine Dr. 77055 INJURIES: No reported injuries. PROPERTY SAVED: $295 thousand in estimated property saved. DAMAGE: $5 thousand in estimated damage. CAUSE: Unintentional ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a small fire in a bathroom of a house. They extinguished the fire and checked for extension in the wall. There was charring to the wall studs, however no fire was found. Crews used a fan to ventilate the home. The damage was contained to the bathroom with minimal smoke damage in the home. Firefighters from Stations 5, 38, 62 and 28 responded to this incident.
