Houston Parks and Recreation Department Cancels Unveiling of New Avondale Promenade Park Due to Weather
The Houston Parks and Recreation Department has cancelled Friday’s ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Avondale Promenade Park because of expected inclement weather. The unveiling ceremony will be rescheduled for a later date.
